Customer Care Specialist

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Checking in / out new patients
  • Scheduling patient appointments.
  • Participating in oversight of our hospital including leadership of a 24-hour team of client care representatives.
  • Having responsibility for HR functions (under the supervision of our Hospital Administrator), including recruiting, training/development, issue resolution.
  • Involvement in marketing and community outreach functions.
  • Oversight of the facility, inventory and equipment maintenance/upgrades.
  • Receiving payments for services rendered.
  • Answering phone inquiries, giving tours of the hospital and other associated duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Personable and friendly
  • STRONG ability to think on your feet and act fast in an emergency situation
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Computer knowledge
  • Professional, motivated, energetic
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Weekends, some holidays and evenings will be required
  • Candidates must have great work-ethic, possess strong customer service skills and be team focused.
